Windows 10: can anyone help me with my issue. My computer shuts down while gaming and black screens....

I have had this issue for a bit now, reinstalled windows 11 and still the same case. They event viewer says this : "Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation." also this as well : "Error setting traits on Provider {8444a4fb-d8d3-4f38-84f8-89960a1ef12f}. Error: 0xC0000001"I have looked into this a bit, specifically the dump file not being created.I am not sure what i can now. Anything helps!Thank you,David

Unable to play video games on Windows 10, black screen after log-in screen
