    How to get rid of all the tips and cortana garbage on search toolbar?

    Hi, I don't have anything like that appearing as i've never configured more than the most basic Cortana settings.

    Try Notebook (icon left on Cortana), Lists - clear those.

    Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this "Tip" that keeps popping up every time I refresh... [​IMG]


    Likewise, check for any Reminders

    - you've shown the search field for Cortana at the bottom of your screenshots.

    (And remember there's one top right of file explorer too).

    Windows Updated(16299.309).KB4088776 Restart is required to complete.

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

    Thanks for the suggestions and for the time to respond Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this "Tip" that keeps popping up every time I refresh... :) Best regards.
