    I have a HP laptop: Core i7-8565U @ 1.80Ghz 1.99Ghz 8 GB ram 64 bit

    I don't know much about processors etc but it should run fast right? But I takes a while boot up while turning ON and then after booting it take less than a minute to load the lock screen.

    Many times task manager shows not responding.

    And the disk bar in task manager is usually at 100%. In performance the memory used is always 4.1/7.9( I don't know much about this stuff so excuse me if it is simple stuff) again Disk 0 is 100%.

    And after I updated recently to version 2004 of Windows 10 it has become more slow. And when I use the right click of mouse it performs the action of double click.

    And many applications take time to open and show not responding.

    Pls help me I get stressed at this problems. And thanks in advance.

    Which laptop should I buy with budget within 1000USD?

    Really, you should be getting a list of laptops you like the look of, narrowing it down and then asking on here which is best.

    Asking people for suggestions really doesn't work well as most people only have experience with 1-2 laptops at a time.

    Searching all the shopping sites and creating a list for you is a lot of work.

    You need to do the work and we can help with the rest.
