Can bogus Your Phone error messages be prevented?

Your Phone would be SO great if I could JUST get rid of these infuriating messages:“Check that both of your devices are nearby, turned on, and connected to the same Wi-Fi network” … “Wait a bit, then try again.” … even for Microsoft, these messages are sub-minimalist and 100% useless. You can try again for eternity and you’ll never reconnect. There is NOTHING you can do on the computer side to recover; the ONLY way I’ve ever been able to recover is to restart the smart phone. Isn’t there anything you can do to prevent these messages from coming up in the first place?

    :)

Supported phones for Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview Mobile

Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.

bogus Folder In Use error messages - blocks me from moving or renaming

Recently (the last week?) I have been getting bogus error messages like this one when I want to move a file or folder or rename a folder:

The only way to get rid of these messages, and to do the folder move or rename, has been to reboot the system.

What is going on here? Is this a new bug? (My system is always up to date with MS patches. Running Win 10 Pro 64.)
    Is there a workaround?

Are you sure it's bogus? Could you have an app running in the background that's using a Form you have created?
