Windows 10: Can data be recovered after Windows 11 Reset This PC->Remove everything?

Dear all,I want to dispose of my Windows 11 PC. I have implemented Reset This PC->Remove everything->Local reinstall. And PC is restored to factory setting. My question is: If someone gets the PC and reinstalls it, can he recover the data in SDD that was stored before the recovery with Data Recovery software like EaseUS?Thank you.

keep my files, it works as below:

  Reinstalls Windows 10 and keeps your personal files.

  Removes any apps your PC manufacturer installed. (If your PC came with Windows 10, apps from your PC manufacturer will be reinstalled.)

How to recover lost data after performing reset of PC on Windows 10?

Good Morning

after a "reset" of my computer I found all of my files saved to One Drive are gone!

In reply to additional info:

I decided to do a reset of my computer after days of Excel and Word being "unresponsive" after trying to retrieve files from One Drive. I used the box "keep all files and folders" never thinking my One Drive would be wiped clean as a result.

There were no known virus issues. I use Trend Micro and it was showing all was good.

I used the reset function that is part of Windows 10.

I did not know this version (10) did not automatically create "restore points" , and I thought I was only moving back a few days.

I believed the files I saved in One Drive were my "personal files" and would not disappear after a reset.
