Windows 10: Can I add storage to my local disc D?

I have a HP laptop and my local disc D has 157GB. I would like to play Genshin Impact on it, but it says it needs 159GB for unzipping but takes 70GB of my local disc D. I just need two more gigabytes for this game. I tried to extend volume and user unused storage something like that. Can I somehow add or buy that two gigabytes i need?

Can't access local disc D

I had two discs in my computer. A local disc C containing window files and other local disc D contain documents, movies etc. but my local disc D is not opening for a long time. I tried many thing and restarted several times but it didn't work. when I try
to open this it appears as:

 

Local Disc D is filling up

My local disc d is filling up and none of the clean up tools seem to help. When I look inside this disc, it shows vast majority stored in the other folder which doesn't allow me to delete anything. What could be filling this disc up and how can I create
space?

 

local disc D is almost full (404MB) with stuff designated OTHER, and no function in Settings-Storage will purge it. I keep getting popup space warnings
