I asked that someone who customer support please contact me and help me out My phone only works on Wi-Fi for some reason and while I was expecting a new phone they only send me a tablet so I'm still using a phone utilizing via Wi-Fi only with my phone number 750 219-4258. Even purchasing an Xbox game pass and subscription I have still been unable to I play a single game and it's been 2 weeks I cannot even launch the application. I would like to start from scratch if possible please help.

I can't get a windows live account. Keeps asking for activation code.

I have a new Nokia lumia 800 phone with windows. I can't get it to let me set up a windows live Id. I need this to download apps. I keep getting a message asking me to ring up support for an activation code. But..... No- one is there til mon am. I was
hoping to get everything up and running this weekend. Anyone got a suggestion?

This query is regarding 25 digit live id activation code for Microsoft account.

I purchased Blu Win HD LTE X150E through Amazon India in January. Now when I want to setup my live id into my Blu I am getting Couldn't Activate windows error. Now my problem starts here. For the code I tried to call both Blu and Microsoft. I called on Local
micrsoft india support center but after following IVRS steps it asks me to enter IMEI no followed by hash but it said that IMEI is not valid. Also I had a chat with the agent and he said they only supports Lumia and not the other windows phone. I am tired
of this and waiting for the appropriate response. Kindly help me with this.
