Your description suggests the single speaker that is large enough to be on the floor is the sub-woofer type usually found in a set that has 2 smaller speakers that plug into jacks on it to provide Stereo sound. If the speaker port on the computer works with that speaker then it has sufficient power to drive it [many don't] so the power from the wall socket is not needed. Most times electronics work or they don't so if it is working take to heart the old saying "if it ain't broke don't try to fix it".

To attach a document file on an email, you can follow the step given below:

For Windows 10 Mobile:

• Launch to File Explorer app.
• Press and hold the file that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select Outlook Mail on the suggested applications.

For Windows Phone 8.1:

• Download and install
  Files app.
• Launch Files app.
• Tap and hold the document that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select the Mail app on the suggested applications.

I suggest you try the steps listed below and check if it works. This issue could be because of the Headphones BT SPEAKER Stereo being set as default. I suggest you to try the steps listed below and check if it works.

• Pair the speaker with your PC.
  
• Right click the Windows icon on the taskbar and choose
  Device Manager.
  
• Expand Sound, video, and game controllers
  and right click on your Bluetooth speaker (BT SPEAKER Stereo).
  
• Choose Disable and acknowledge the confirmation popup. Wait for the screen to refresh.
  
• Right click on the same device again and Enable.
  
• Exit Device Manager and see if the issue persist.
