Can I automatically have full permissions granted to my account when any file or folder is created, such as zip files, so I don't have to change permissions every single time?

Thank you, i will try this out after a few hours when I'll use the PC. In the meanwhile could you clear my confusion regarding whether i would need to add the location of my photograph folder or would copying this command as is provide me control and permission
of all the folders and files in my computer? Also, since i see the word 'pictures' written, this is for pictures only files right?
