    Can I be 100% sure the RAT is gone?


    So I had a RAT on my pc and i did a fresh reinstall of windows. the only thing is that i used the infected pc the create the usb. can i still be 100% sure its gone? ive seen some really deep keyloggers, is that enough?

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
