Windows 10: Can I block a specific Win 11 update from being reintalled?

I recently received update KB5027397 for Win 11 and it caused all my browsers to load very slowly or fail to load websites altogether. How can I block that update only from trying to be reinstalled later? I have a fast gaming laptop with plenty of system resources, but don't want to suddenly discover I have to go back and re-uninstall the same update.

I blocked my windows 10 upgrades to go 11 ,using this method:

To Block Windows 11 update, see the steps below, which is explained later on step by step. This would also work even if you have clicked Download and install.

• Right-click Start and select Windows Powershell(admin).
  
• Press Yes when Prompted.
  
• Type cmd.exe to open Command Prompt inside Powershell.
  

Paste the following command to enable Targeted Updates to a specific release:

• reg add HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate /v TargetReleaseversion /t REG_DWORD /d 1
  

If you are on Windows 10 version 21H2, use the command below:
