Windows 10: Can I buy a new product key for my Windows 7 Home Premium disk?

Can I buy a new product key for my genuine Windows 7 Home Premium disk? After installing Windows 7 on a new hard drive access to the internet is no longer possible using the original product key. I need Windows 7 to install the original HP Image Zone using an HP Officejet 4200 series disk, which Windows 10 does not support. Thanks, Dave, UK

Pre-installed Windows 7 Home Premium x86 converting to x64

Good day!

I have a PC running Windows 7 Home Premium x86 pre-installed and I want to convert it to x64. Now my question is do I have to buy a new disk along with the product key or can I use the same product key as the one pre-installed in installing the x64.

Note: I want to install the same Windows 7 Home Premium.

 

Windows 7 Home Premium Product Key

I purchased a refurbished computer some years ago and requested that it had Windows 7.

I want to upgrade to Windows 10 but I can't because Windows 7 Home Premium has not been activated.

I have have clicked the 'Activate Now' option but it says that the activation key cannot be used to activate Windows 7. The product key showing is an OEM key.

Does anyone know where I can purchase a product key so I can activate Windows 7 and upgrade to 10?
