Windows 10: Can I buy Microsoft games on non-activated Windows?

Hey, I would like to buy a game from the windows store, but my windows is not activated. Can I play that game without any limitations(time, multiplayer, or anything else)? Thank you!

There are two ways to purchase Microsoft games. You may purchase from the Windows Store or through the online Microsoft Store. Refer to the steps below:

From the Windows Store:

• Select Store on your taskbar, or select Start, and on the apps list select
  Store.
  
• Click the user icon beside the search box and sign in with your Microsoft account.
• Select the Games tab. You'll see here all the available games published by Microsoft.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?

This should be enough to get the conspiracy theorists suggesting that Microsoft is intentionally crippling multi-monitor support in fullscreen mode since games sold on the Microsoft Store all work in the pseudo-fullscreen mode...

Or it could just be an idiotic bug that will be fixed in time.
