Windows 10: CAN I BUY MINECRAFT IN INDIA WITH REWARD POINTS?

I recently shifted to India. Can I purchase minecraft Java Edition with Amazon Gift card that I received from Microsoft Rewards?I am currently Rank 2. I can't afford Minecraft Java Edition so is it possible for me to purchase minecraft for free from the amazon gift card I received from MS Reward Points?

I bought a €499.99 Xbox one x in November and the rewards point weren't deposited so I mailed and they did it manually, they added 413 points but I cannot believe that buying something of that amount is not even worth half of the points required to get a
€2 gift card, is this normal?
