Windows 10: Can I change my Camera Settings to match the image I get from using the Camera normally?

This one is hard to explain, but the image shows it pretty clearly. When I use my webcam normally, it displays correctly image on the right, uncropped. But on certain apps, and in the camera settings, the video and images get cropped image on the left, cropped. To be more specific, in apps like Discord, Microsoft Camera, and OBS Studios, the camera looks like it should, but when in the camera settings, and on Spelltable, spelltable.wizards.com, it shows the cropped, default image. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it? Thanks.

Thanks for updating us on the results of the troubleshooting steps that you have completed. Since the built-in webcam is still not working correctly and the same error code 0xA00F4244 (0xC00DABED) is still appearing, we suggest that we check the camera privacy
settings to see if the camera access is turned on. Kindly follow the steps below to check the camera privacy settings:

• Press the Windows key + I to open the Settings app.
• Near the top of the Settings app window is the search box, kindly type the word "webcam" or "camera".
• From the list of results choose Camera privacy settings.
• Make sure that "Let apps use my camera" toggle is set to On.

• To open up your webcam or camera, select the Start Windows logo Start button button, and then select Camera in the list of apps.
• If you want to use the camera within other apps, select the Start Windows logo Start button button, select Settings Gear-shaped Settings icon > Privacy > Camera, and then turn on Let apps use my camera. 
• From there, turn on each of the listed apps where you want to use the camera. Test your camera here
