Windows 10: Can I change the size of my C Drive without having to reinstall the OS?

I have a Dell G7 17 7790 laptop, a 2020 build, currently employing Windows 10 Home 22H2. For reasons I no longer understand, the 1 GB SSD was formatted such that I have a 100 GB C:// including the Windows installation, and a 800+ GB D://. Predictably, C:// has run out of space, Windows can no longer update, and there are no good options for deletions. Furthermore, I would prefer to find a solution that circumvents reinstalling Windows.Is it possible to somehow change the size of the boot partition, e.g. by rolling those two existing partitions into one? Change size of drives

Is it possible to increase the size of C: drive and reduce size of D: drive? I'm receiving the red bar warning about C: drive being full and have plenty of room in D: drive. I have done the disk cleanup but still receiving the warning, apparently it
didn't clear out enough stuff. Or is it possible to make D: drive the default drive for downloads? Any suggestions welcomed.

How to change SYSTEM drive letter to C from another letter

I am working on a step by step process to fix the computer for windows 11 upgrade. (Currently have Windows 10) This was a built PC, but when my friend installed the OS for me somehow the windows install drive became the F drive. Here is a view of disk management I want to do the following (believe I need to do in this order).

1. Move windows install drive letter from F to C
2. Fix it so bootloader is MBR / on the SSD

Afraid of just changing the letter in disk management as the system will look for system files in the f-drive. I do have AOMEI partition assistant installed if that is useful for this task. I really appreciate any help in how to do it.
