Windows 10: Can I copy and paste files from my school one drive to my PC?

I have a question about transferring files from my school one drive. I have some files that I want to transfer to my PC documents and some to my personal one drive. Can I just copy and paste the folders from school one drive to the designated area that I want those folders to be? After I've done that, can I delete those files from my school one drive as they are stored somewhere else? I heard of some mover app but it only transfers files from school one drive to my personal one, although I want it to move some of the files to my PC. Also, can the mover app move files to another one drive that

  Press Windows key + X.

  Click file explorer from the list.

  Select the CD/DVD drive and hit Enter.
  
• 
  Select the files you want to copy from the CD/DVD, then select the drive where you want to paste or save.

Regarding copying of files in external drive from pc

Hi,

The message that appeared on your screen may have occurred due to the possible missing files if you'll try to copy it that way. We suggest that you follow these steps on how you can copy the file together with it's properties:

• Right click on the application (Bully) and click Properties.
• On the application properties window, under the Shortcut tab, click
  Open File Location.
• The File Location window will open.
• Select everything. Copy and paste it to the external drive.
• The copying process may take a while depending on the type of files.

Copy and paste W10 not working when copy and pasting files in flash drive

• Is the issue with particular Flash drive?
• Are you able to copy and past with in Windows?
• What is the format of the Flash drive?

To isolate the issue I suggest you check using the flash drive in different port and check. If the issue persists, I suggest you to check with different flash drive and check if you are facing the same issue.
