Windows 10: Can I copy paste all files from my previous install to my new one

Recently I found myself regreting that I did reset my windows 11 since I had lots of usefull software on it and I configured it to the last detail. I have an older ssd that has the backup windows install I was copying my old ssd partitions to the new one. But there is a problem. When I'm trying to connect my old sdd to my laptop and booting from it or local windows install I ran into the problem "Inaccesible boot device" which may be caused by boot manager or windows system not distinguishing between two ssds. Plugging my old ssd to my pc just to check if it's ok with external ssds when widn

I need copy and paste the text inside the file, not to copy the file

when I open the file I choose edit it and the in the menu just appears this options:

• close file
• previous sight
• File: New, save as, send
• go up/down: pear page, pear line
• search
• Format:
  
  Boldface
  
  Cursive
  
  Underlined
  
  To stand out
• undo
• re-do
• options: Predetermined insole
