Windows 10: Can I copy the Windows 10 files to another partition?

So, here's what I wanna do:First, I want to copy my $GetCurrent, Windows BT, Windows WS, WinREAgent and ESD folder to another partition. So then, when MS posts the official not Insider ISO for Windows 11, and I run setup, and install 11 with TPM fix, it will update the C Drive to show Windows 11, and my Windows 10 important system files and folders will be in another partition, and will that help me dual boot without a USB?

Java.nio.file - Copying files

You can't copy a folder, thats why it generates an exception (you are trying to copy a folder using a copy file function).
You probably need to list all the files inside that folder and copy one by one

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
