    Can I copy Windows 10 system drive using backup/restore or better with Aronis?


    Hi,


    My Windows 10 laptop has a problematic SSD. The vendor will send me a replacement. It's M.2 PCIe interface and I don't have another PC that I can use to copy the system drive over.


    Can I use Control Panel -> Backup and Restore Windows 7 to create image and restore on the new drive?


    Or am I better off using Acronis True Image?

    Free hard drive backup/restore program?

    I am looking for a free (freeware) program that will back up and restore a hard drive. I'm looking to clone a few external hard drives. If the program will backup the used space instead of the whole drive this will be awesome! Thanks for any suggestions.

    Hey Guys,
    What would be the best way of copying/imaging the entire contents of an old system drive over to a replacement hard disk for the same machine? I need to copy the Windows installations and all other data to the new drive, and then format the old drive to use as a backup.

    Any suggestions? *Smile Can I copy Windows 10 system drive using backup/restore or better with Aronis? :)
