Windows 10: can i deactivate my windows key from my old computer if its broken and i cant turn it on?

i got windows 11 pro on my desktop it no longer works how can i deactivate my product key so i can use on a new laptop?

I have the activation key that was given me when I purchased the windows 10 edition. I put it on an older computer. That computer will no longer boot, hence me not being able to deactivate windows on the broken computer. If I cannot deactivate windows on the old, broken computer, I cannot activate it in my current computer.

How do I deactivate windows on a computer that no longer will boot up?

 

Deactivating Product Key on Old Computer to use on New

I recently inquired a new computer that is extremely faster than my old one. (i am using Parallels on Mac's)

I supposedly deactivated the product key on my old computer, (it said that it successfully deactivated). On the new computer, when I enter the product key it says it has already been used on a different computer.

 

Forgot to deactivate old computer's product key before transferring the product key to another computer

Actually I changed my laptop and forgot to deactivate old computer's product key before transferring the product key to my new computer.

However, immediate after installing on new device I deactivated it from the old device. at the moment no product ID is activated on my old laptop.

is there any problem now? what will happen? I am so concern
