Windows 10: Can I delete MEMORY.DMP file?

The MEMORY.DMP file in C:\Windows directory seems to occupy much disk space, I don't like looking at this mess. On my old device, it's around 580MB size, whereas on my new device, it has a size of 900MB. Both of them had BSOD a while ago, not going to tell what stop code it was, because I am not talking about BSODs here.I searched in the internet, apparently they're telling me that Yes, I can delete those, but to confirm that this is safe to do, I decided to ask a question here because the answer wasn't from Microsoft website or Independent Advisors, MVPs or anything.I can delete this file t

Download BlueScreenView, unpack the ZIP, and run the EXE (no installation necessary). It's an excellent little utility for looking at DMP files and finding the cause of crashes.

May we know what type of file are you trying to delete? Would it be Office documents, media files, or picture files? If you're trying to delete files for free some space on your device. We suggest to perform a Disc Cleanup. Kindly follow the steps below to
perform the task:

• Type in Cortana Disc Cleanup
