I can delete old Microsoft Visual C++ or are they necessary? I used on the brand named Driver Booster to see if any of my drivers need updating and it came back that the Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 is out of date. Can I delete this and other outdated Microsoft
Visual C++?

Also, which is the best antivirus, malware, spyware and rootkit that I can use for my laptop? I have Windows 10.
