Windows 10: can I delete windows security data?

I have gotten well some malware that the windows defender has blocked and some i have deleted without taking direct action from the windows security and for some reason the windows security still thinks i have malware even though i dont have so everytime i restart or shutdown and then open windows again it always says threats found click to take action even though there isnt any and the detected threats that i deleted says threat has not been contained/remidated and gives me the notification which is pretty annoying and i also want to delete/clear the protection history since it has been start

There are no more files and ASUS Data Security Manager

I've been having the same issues trying to save files.

I followed all of the steps but ASUS Data Security Manager keeps reappearing. How do I really get it to delete? I've done the uninstall four times and it just pops back in the list.

I have the ADSMSrc.exe running but the problem its fixed for me too.

It keeps popping up for me too, but after I disabled it the first time all was fixed and the problem hasn't popped up again even with ADSM running. Good luck!
