Windows 10: Can I disable my laptop in the login screen? Windows 10

I am using a Lenovo Ideapad 330. The keyboard is automatically pressing all buttons together and so when I try to log in entering my password the keys keep on automatically entering characters in the password field and automatically clicks log in.I have added an external keyboard and tried using the on screen keyboard but no point as the built in keyboard keeps on entering characters in between.Is there any way to disable the built in keyboard before logging in? Or any other solution?

I want to disable windows 10 lock/login screen. I have followed the steps by using netplwiz but it doesn't work:

The above steps doesn't work I still see login/lock screen after restarting my system. I need to everytime enter my live password to login. I want to disable this. How ???

my version does not allow gpedit.msc- please provide instructions on how to skip the lock screen and go to login for the rest of us. this is a very annoying step
