Windows 10: Can I Disable The Windows Game Bar?

Is there a way i can fully disable the windows game bar? I prefer to use the Companion app for Xbox. If I don't, whenever i join a party, i cannot hear anyone nor can they hear me. I've made sure that my audio and mic inputs have been set to the ones that I am using and i still cant hear anyone.

How to disable Game bar

1. Right-click the Start button.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Gaming.
4. Click Game bar.
5. Click the switch below Record game clips. Screenshots, and broadcast using Game bar so that it turns Off.
   

How to disable Game DVR

1. Right-click the Start button.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Gaming.
4. Click Game DVR.
5. Click the switch below Record in the background while I'm playing a game so that it turns Off.

If the issue persists, I suggest that you create a local user and check if the same issue will occur.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Since the steps provided did not help, we'll try a different approach. We suggest resetting Sticky Notes first then proceed on doing the same steps on how to disable it on startup. Follow the steps provided below:

• Go to Settings.
• Select Apps.
• Find Sticky Notes under Apps
  & features.
• Select Advanced options.
• Click Reset.
• Repeat the steps provided by Confused Caribou.
