Windows 10: Can I download a Quickbooks 2019 disk to Windows 11 desktop?

I have been using Quickbooks 2019 downloaded by a disk still in my possession on a windows 10 desktop that just broke during transport. If I buy a windows 11 desktop, will I be able to download Quickbooks 2019? I have an external DVD drive. I heard that with the new security measures on Windows 11, you can only download apps from the Microsoft store. My sole reason for getting a new PC is to run this version of quickbooks. I dont know if I should buy a windows 10 desktop where I know I can download the disk or if I can buy the new windows 11.

I would like to inform you that Quickbook Pro 2011 is not compatible with Windows 10. Therefore it is needed to install in compatibility mode.

Hence,I suggest you to reinstall the Quickbooks pro 2011 in the compatibility mode and check if it helps,

Please follow the steps below for more information:

• Right click on the setup file of the application and select
  Properties.
• Select Compatibility Tab.
• Place a check mark next to Run this program in Compatibility mode and select the
  operating system accordingly from the drop down list.
• Click OK and run the setup.

Quickbooks 2019

Been trying to update from Quickbooks 2016 to QuickBooks 2019 and it says "contents of this file cannot be unpacked. The executable you are attempting to run has been corrupted. Please obtain another copy of the file, verify its integrity and try again.
I've talked with 3 different QuickBooks techs for 3 and 1/2 hours straight and they couldn't solve the problem. Says it's a Microsoft problem.

In meantime I don't even have QuickBooks 2016 any longer since it was uninstalled during the process of trying to install 2019. Tried to reinstall 2016 and got the same message as the one above. I have Windows 10. Help

 

Windows on Parallels, 2017 Quickbooks Desktop

I had a computer tech install a licensed Windows partition on my old 2011 MacBook Pro in order to use my 2017 Quickbooks Desktop Pro for Windows software (Quickbooks for Mac is worthless). I installed the Quickbooks software with a CD. My old computer finally died so I purchased a new MacBook Pro and installed "Parallels", a program that works as a Windows partition on a Mac. I then purchased/installed Windows with the intent to install my 2017 Quickbooks disk (with an external disk installer as the new MacBook Pro doesn't have a CD slot). Then I discovered that the label on my 2017 Quickbooks software CD says it works with Windows 10, not 11. If I uninstall Windows 11, then purchase/install Windows 10, will I still be able to install Windows 11 in the future if I want to without having to pay for it again? How and where do I access my Windows 11 version again after I uninstall it? I'm trying to avoid getting the newest version of Quickbooks Desktop because they no longer sell their software as a one-time purchase, instead, you have to pay an annual $350 subscription fee to use it. Anyone out there who's had experience with this? Thank you in advance for your help
