Windows 10: Can I download all of my Web Hotmail e-mails?

Hello everyone,

I am at an organization that I will leave soon. I would like to download all of the emails on my account from there, for personal archival.

1. Is this at all possible?
2. If your answer to 1. is "Yes", please share with me steps on how to do this!
The email address of mine at that organization is a hotmail/outlook address with a custom domain. I have attempted to sign in to my account on Thunderbird and also the Outlook desktop app but have not been able to get either to work.

As suggested, I do have a few e-mail addresses.

• My primary address is only given out to legitimate known contacts and I have no problem with junk mail.
• A secondary e-mail (Hotmail) is given out when I want to buy something on line and I want replies but I don't want to risk my primary address. This is the one that is giving me grief since it does get legitimate replies (and the junk).
• A third e-mail that I give out when some web site needs an a-mail address to register and I don't really think it is necessary. I totally ignore e-mail in this account.

This strategy has worked for me for a number of years. However, this "icu.com" domain is a new development and it is a pain in the a$$. I may abandon the Hotmail address and establish a new secondary account. That will probably work for a short while.

 

Someone hijacked my hotmail e-mail

Just as the title says: someone hijacked my e-mail *Frown

I've been trying to report this to hotmail but i can't seem to be able to do it. I can't even access my e-mail from webpage: pass was changed and NOT by me *Frown

First, i've received tons of "delivery status notification: failure", as shown in the pic in attach, but Norton 2008 doesn't report any viruses. I sure as hell didn't sent any such e-mails. Tried to report this too but can't seem to find the damn link *Frown

Can anyone help?

Cannot open e-mails in hotmail

The issue that you are facing can be due to incompatibility with the web browser or due to add-ons.

Before we proceed, I would like you to provide the information stated below:

1. What browser are you using to open your Hotmail account?

2. Are you using mail app to access the Hotmail account?

3. Does the issue occur only with Hotmail?

As of now, I would suggest that you disable any new add ons that you may have added before the issue occurred.

Incorrect date and time settings on your PC can cause problems accessing webmail servers. Make sure that the date and time settings are correct on your PC. To check the date and time, follow these steps for your version of Windows.

• On the search bar, type Date and Time, open and then click on Change date and time.
• In the Date and Time Setting window, set the current date and time.
• Click OK, click Apply, and then click
  OK.
