Windows 10: Can I duplicate an input device?

So I have a Yamaha keyboard plugged into my computer. I want the audio to be sent directly to my headphones while also having it sent to VB audio virtual cable (which I can then use the mix with my microphone input) This way I will be able to hear the keyboard audio, with minimal lag while others such as on discord will be able to hear both my keyboard and my voice.

Input language duplication reappears all the time

Hi,
Sadly, I cannot see any other input methods on there, either.
Also, to clarify, if you look at my screenshot you can see I have:
US EN
HE HE
UK HE
I mean, the duplicated and unwanted input type is UK HE (the last on the list of inputs, bottom right).

Touchscreen unresponsive unless I remove the USB Input device driver

We want to know more about the issue that you're experiencing. Please provide us the following information:

• What USB input device are connected to your tablet when this issue with the touch screen is happening?
• What other troubleshooting steps have you done so far to fix this issue?
• Have you tried using your device without the USB input device?

Microsoft Account Device Duplication

For some reason when viewing the list of devices with apps and games in my Microsoft Account some are duplicating, meaning I have to remove duplicates or I reach the device limit.

Are the any fix's for this?
