Windows 10: Can I get a refund on Flight Simulator?

I have been running MS Flight Simulator for a while, but Microsoft recently shut it off without notice. When I try to launch the software, it takes me to the Store, and won't update. I de-installed, but you won't allow a reinstall despite your store showing that I "own" the software. Can I just have my money back, since you won't let me use the software I own?

I suggest you to completely uninstall Microsoft Flight Simulator and check.

Refer the steps below to uninstall.

• Press “Windows key + X”, select Control panel.
• Open programs and features.
• In the list of installed programs, select Microsoft Flight Simulator, and then click
  Remove.

Note: If you have earlier versions of Flight Simulator in the list of installed programs, you will have to remove them in addition to Flight Simulator.



Reinstall the Flight Simulator.

Flight Simulator 2020 Refund

This morning after 11 frustrating days I gave up trying to download Flight Simulator 2020. I understand that it's possible to purchase the title on DVD so that's what I intend to do. My question is, how do I get a refund from Microsoft for my purchase?
