Windows 10: can i get an invoice for an upgrade of windows 11 home to windows 11 pro ordered on 23/02/23

Can i get an invoice for an upgrade of windows 11 home to windows 11 pro ordered on 23/02/23? Our auditors want to see an invoice.

Windows10 23/02 automatic download

Since Windows update 23/02/17 auto installed, I have lost my list of Apps -programmes which normally show at the bottom left of my screen also the Adobe Bridge. I did a System Restore back to 12/02, got the Bridge back but not my list of Apps eg Windows accessories/snipping tool etc, etc.

I would like to know how to cancel automatic update installation and how to get my programme/apps list back please?

Windows 11 Pro Upgrade from Windows 10 Pro Edition

No but after it installed the malfunctioning Windows 11 upgrade it was listed as Windows 11 Pro. Microsoft Windows support advised I reinstall Windows 10 Pro and said that Windows 11 is really only meant for new PC's that come with it preinstalled. MSI website doesn't list my 2020 GT76 Titan dt-039 notebook on their Windows 11 upgrade eligibility list so I guess that's why the Windows 11 Pro upgrade failed. I suggest being careful with trying the Windows 11 upgrade despite it stating my notebook was capable of running Windows 11 it was wrong. Luckily I have the original Windows 10 Pro USB Flash drive because the Windows 11 Pro upgrade was so incomplete I had no way of reverting notebook back to Windows 10 without reinstalling from a USB Flash.

 

Windows 11, Print Artist 23, The Print Shop 23.1. Will they work in Windows 11?

Windows 11; will my software programs work in it, like Print Artist 23, The Print Shop 23.1. Will they work in Windows 11 like they are with my Windows 10?

These programs are expensive and I use them all the time. Will they work just like in Windows 11?
