Windows 10: Can I get into my laptop with my email

I got my ASUs a few months ago and have used finger print since, I opened it after taking a quick rest and for some reason it’s said I’ve signed in wrong too many times, I’ve forgotten my pin and there’s no reset option, the only sign in options are pin and fingerprint but it’s forcing me to use pin, there is no reset pin option or anything, and when I tried to open my boot menu it said my password is wrong even thou I am 100% sure it’s correct. I have access to the email the laptop is set up to and I’m wondering if there’s anyway to reset the pin using that email.

Here is the step to remove that old email address.

Start typing an email address into the “To” field. As soon as you see the old email address being recommended as one of the potential candidates, use the down arrow key to scroll through the list of suggestions. Once you highlight the old email address, type the delete key. In many cases, this will actually remove the entry not only from the current list of suggestions but from future suggestions as well. You may even find that as you mouse over the drop-down list the highlighted item will have an “x” to explicitly allow you to delete it.

Just do this step and your good to go.

Thank you for the additional information. We suggest that you follow these steps to manage your email profile:

• Open Outlook 2016 app.
  
• Click on File.
• Go to Account settings drop down.
• Select Account Settings...
• Go to Email tab.
• Click Change... Here is where you can manage or edit your email profile.
