    Can I get my money back for a transaction that I didn't make?


    I have recently noticed that I've received a charge of £79.99 to one of my bank accounts and definitely did not make this payment. I have checked my Microsoft account and there are no recent purchases made. I want to cancel whatever that charge bought and get a full refund as I did not make this payment and it's not on my account.

    Notification didn´t appear

    Windows 10 has ben released for 1 day and a half,and I didn´t get the notification for installing.I reserved it.Can anyone help me?

    PS I am running Windows 7 and it´s up to date.

    Money Plus gives error report when entering transactions

    Has something changed with Money Plus? I am not able to enter any transactions. It gives me "This transaction cannot be entered".

    Microsoft Money Sunset not recognizing account for transaction downloads

    I have been using Microsoft Money Sunset since it was created. Today a download of .ofx transactions asked for the account and duplicated all previously downloaded transactions from the beginning. The same thing happened with .qfx transactions. This was
    from two different banking institutions.

    The last time I downloaded was a week ago.

    Is there any way to fix this?
