Windows 10: Can I get my Windows back

About a week ago Microsoft thought it would be funny to install the wrong driver on top of the right one which led to a fatal hardware error for my GPU which I'm not very happy about as my GPU costs more than Windows does. It's a huge problem apparently and your forums are littered with people having similar issues. This is all after I had instructed windows to not install driver updates and Windows just ignored that. Anyways Microsoft breaking my stuff isn't exactly what I'm here for. I decided to do a fresh install of windows after it decided it can make AMD products better than AMD can

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
