Windows 10: Can I get reimbursed for the damages caused by updating the windows 10?

It's been 2 days since the automatic installation of windows 10 was downloaded in my laptop Asus. Unfortunately looked like looping in a repairing disk errors infinitely and asked to get consulted by technician and just by restarting it repeatedly advised me to buy a new ram disk. Before this automatic installment everything was running smoothly. Now im forced to pay the technician without my consent this issue was caused by the windows system. I claim a refund.

Reimbursement for my laptop

I was refusing for long time to upgrade to Windows 10. No matter how hard I tried Microsoft put Windows 10 on my PC anyway without my permission. Prior windows 10 "upgrade" I haven't have ANY issues with my laptop and Windows 7.

Since I'm not a PC expert I didn't know that I can roll back to Windows 7 and I did nothing after the "upgrade". Problems started... I went to Microsoft store and been told that I have corrupted Start files and they tried to fix it. More issues showed up
shortly after this. My computer was overheating. Again and again back to Microsoft store.. where I have been told that Windows 10 pretty much collided with Windows 7 which caused my Laptop to overheat which caused damage to motherboard. They offered to clean
my PC and install Windows 10.

After this more issues and my battery somehow got the hit also, my PC is getting stuck and on my LAST visit to Microsoft store I have been told that my PC is damaged and that's it, that all issues are caused by damaged motherboard. To this I can ad that
this was caused by overheating and the overheating was caused by non-consensual installation of malicious software .

Reading stories of other people and noticing that I'm not the only one with described above problem. The problem is that Microsoft is protecting itself with their fancy lawyers and regular people like myself have no chance to sue against.

Here is my question - Microsoft killed my laptop and I need new one = least $700-$900! I want to be reimbursed by Microsoft least for the cost of the replacement unit, not asking for reimbursement for a ton of wasted time I spent on this. Can someone advice
what steps do I need to take to be reimbursed ?

Forced upgrades, downtime, and reimbursement

Several of my customers have just had an unscheduled upgrade to windows 10 after having already paid me to undo the damage once and take specific steps to prevent the GWX application from installing.

They are understandably upset and I look like an idiot. So who do I contact about getting Microsoft to reimburse my customers for their lost productivity along with an apology?
