Windows 10: can i get some help with my sound issues

can i have a phone numberalso need to change my pin it only gives me an option of a flashdrive i dont have one and dont know how to use it i have been getting viruses and i tried resetting my phone also used system restore the guy on the phone fixed it oncesoi know it isnt a hardware problem allthe drivers were updated windows 11 was reinstalled i put an addblocker on my computer woul;d thathave been a problem cuz i can uninstall itif it is please help

Hi,

We need to investigate further so that we can identify the cause of the issue. We suggest running the Troubleshooter and see if it helps. Follow the steps below:

• Type and select Troubleshooting on the Search bar/Cortana.
• Click Hardware and Sound.
• Select Playing Audio under Sound.
• Follow the steps that will be provided.

If the steps does not work. We suggest downloading a fresh copy of the audio driver from Realtek and see if it helps.
