Can I get some info with a problem of my HP laptop successfully connecting to i15 phone using phone link? Only some texts come thru on laptop.

already I had post a question before this question for the same topic as per your suggestion I do everything step which suggest by you I do troubleshooting hardware and devise two three time restart my laptop but sir problem still there, there are no way

'obtain the phone's ISP' = 'obtain the phone's IP' I assume

You can always connect it by USB to side-step the problem

To fix the problem:-
1 Get the IP from the phone MPE client's Settings page and tell MPE on the computer to use that.
2 Once you have successfully connected using that specific IP, change the computer's MPE, File, Settings, Connections back to AutoDetect and it will pick it up however you have it connected.

I have had to repeat this IP setting up after my phone has had an OS update so perhaps that's what has happened in your case as well.

Laptop External Monitor Problem

Thank you once again, I will explain:

• Today 10th November 2016 - After monitor eventually successfully connects to my HP laptop, in my absence when the laptop/monitor powers off, I get NO re-connection problems during the day
• Tomorrow 11th November 2016 - After laptop and monitor has been restarted following, shut-down, power offs(laptop + monitor) I will be stuck once again with exactly the same problem

In my display settings each morning, my HP laptop shows it is connected to my external monitor, however there is no display on the external monitor for a vast amount of time, just randomly suddenly appears.?
