Windows 10: Can I get Windows 11 to stop nagging me about backing up my PC?

I keep all important files on cloud storage backed up and offsite so I do not wish to back up my PC Windows 11 Pro.If I ever have a serious issue with Windows, I will wipe the machine and reinstall from USB which I can create from another PC using the media creation tool from Microsoft - so I have no need to create a back up of this Windows installation at all.Yet lately I notice I keep getting notifications reminding me to back the PC - I gather this is a new feature to nag me into backing up - can I turn these off or tell Windows I have my own "backup" strategy?

Stop Windows 11 upgrade nag

On a new Windows 10 build 22H2 I'm getting an upgrade to 11 nag on the login screen upon boot up. This computer doesn't qualify for 11 so how do I disable that? I found instructions on adding registry keys to keep on this version but that didn't work.

You should not have to feel like you're being forced, and put up with such poorly executed nags. The reviews were nearly unanimous by all the respected tech writers that Windows 11 was not ready for prime time, I don't know why they want to push people who are comfortably settled in Windows 10 and have 3 more years to migrate.

If you want to go ahead with the Upgrade you can go back to Windows 10 within ten days by either of these methods:

Laura, Here's a simple yet effective program that will stop the constant nagging. Go to the website Ultimate outsider and download GWX control Panel. I have it on my PC's and it has stopped the nagging. If at a later date you change your mind it is
no problem to get Windows 10. Hope this works for you. Regards.
