Windows 10: Can i go ahead to install windows 8.1 regardless of the "disk may fail soon" error message?

So, I had an issue with my pc, a Toshiba Satellite c660 laptop running windows 8.1. Please kindly read through to understand the scope of my problem. I need help :- .I put the hard drive into another laptop hp windows 10 to copy a software setup file as the Toshiba had a damaged screen. After which I returned the hdd back to its original home.I earlier tried connecting the laptop to an external monitor and pressing every key related to display but nothing worked so I took out the damaged screen from the motherboard so as to force the laptop to opt for the external monitor as it's displa

Installing windows off of a USB stick

Step By Step from vista:
From admin cmd prompt

1. diskpart
1a. list disk
2. select disk 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
3. clean
4. create partition primary
5. select partition 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
6. active
7. format fs=fat32
8. assign
9. exit

Copy Windows Vista's DVD ROM content to the Flash Drive

xcopy d:\*.* /s/e/f e:\ (d being your vista cd and e being your usb stick)

And that's it, boot off your usb disk

 

Error: Windows cannot be installed to this disk. The disk may fail soon

I'm getting an error (Windows cannot be installed to this disk. The disk may fail soon) When am I trying to install Windows 10. I don't know what is this!

Is there anyway to fix this just using command?

Edit: This happens after I formatted the hard disk :/
