Windows 10: Can i install windows 10 iso in internal hard drive then give ?

Hello people . Ok the problem is my big brother pc crashed and he found out his hard drive crashed.

So my question is, can i install windows 10 iso on my 2nd internal hard drive ( which i backed up n formatted ) then
give it to my big bro and he install it on his pc and then install windows 10 directly from the hard drive ?


p.s. i tried creating bootable usb but it requires 8 gb . I only have 4 gb usb drive .

Installing new internal hard drive

I have connected an additional 4th internal hard drive. I an using Windows 10. The drive is not being recognized, probably because it is not initialized, etc. yet. My question is what are the steps in windows 10 to accomplish this?

Installing windows from usb hard drive

i repair alot of computers and install windows alot. currently i have to carry about a big cd wallet with all my disks but i use a usb hard drive just now for installing windows 7 32 because its soo much faster to install.

now my question is is there a way to put all my windows disks on the one hard drive and boot the iso i select? like a boot manager for iso files? that way i could have all my windows, linux and boot disks all one one drive rather than a load of dvds.

my only other option was a flash drive for each operating system but thats an expensive way to do it.
