Windows 10: Can I install Windows on a PC with a blue screen of death?

So my Pc is stuck on a loop after a system recovery.


-Your PC has encountered a problem. Trying to identify the problem.

-We couldn't fix the issue.

-What would you like to do? Restart, same thing happens.

Also in the advanced settings;
Reset this PC doesn't work. Launching the safe mode has the same issues and it doesn't launch to safe mode. Recovering an image doesn't work. Restoring a system recovery doesn't work... So, nothing works except the CMD, and I've tried SFC Scannow, which also doesn't work. So in short, I can't do anything.


So I believe my last resort is to get a flash drive and do a clean install. I have an old computer in which I can install Windows in a flash. I just wanted to ask you first. Do you think that will work while all of those things are falinig? If not, then how can I save my computer?



I've backed up most of my files a month ago, so if wiping my SSD will fix that problem, I will consider it. IF that's the only thing I can do, please tell me how. Thank you.

Windows 7 Blue Screen of Death!

This is the first time i have ever got the blue screen, but it keeps on occurring, and so i cannot get onto that hard drive, it shuts down within a second of the blue screen showing itself, which doesnt give me any time to read it lol. So i am completely confused as there is no Path of: "C:\WINDOWS\Minidump" as well
