Windows 10: Can I just buy a new computer with Windows 10 Home?

I install Windows 10 Pro on my computer half year ago. And at that time, it says Windows has not been active. But I continue use it until now. Now I know that it is not be allow. So if I am illegal? Can I just buy a new computer with Windows 10 Home, or if I stop use the Windows on my computer now, and do not pay for Windows on my old Computer? (By the way, I have a broken computer computer with Windows 10 Home)

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
