Windows 10: Can I just ignore this option, if not, what should i do about this?

I just upgrade to win11 23h2 from win10 22h2 via installation assistance, but before updating , I get notification to update to win11 22h2 through window update feature, I download it and pause it before it finished, the download face an error, so I change to use installation assistance to do the upgrade. The upgrade turn out to be success. But when I check the window update section, the win11 22h2 option is still there facing nodata error, should I just retry to download it or ignore it.

I will do my best to take it step by step and ignore the aggravation of having to be arsed in the first place.
On that note: can anyone suggest a good guide on how to familiarize myself with the intricasies of Win 10? Like I said I've been using windows since its inception but the new version has some quirks I'm not familiar with.

Radeon Overlay not displaying all options

Ok, I got a question. The options to hide the overlay are confusing. What are the steps to turn on the overlay in-game? Not interested in logging much at the moment. Is Alt-R part of turning it on/off?

 

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.
