Windows 10: Can I keep my Windows Pro license after overwriting Windows?

Hello !

I am looking to turn my laptop into a dual boot Hackintosh/Windows machine.

I have created a USB installer of MacOS using my iMac, but in order to accomplish a dual boot setup on my laptop, I apparently need to overwrite Windows entirely and install MacOS. Afterwards, I can reinstall Windows on a partition.

My question is, I have a Windows 10 Pro license on my computer. Will I be able to keep the license even though I need to fully remove every trace of Windows?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Windows 7 license question

Hi. Is it possible to take a Windows 7 Pro license that's currently installed on a Dell laptop and move that to a Dell desktop and take the Windows 7 Home license from the Dell desktop and install that on the laptop? I would just be switching the licenses from one to another. I get conflicting answers. The desktop would have a new hard drive installed on it and more RAM. I would be doing a fresh install on BOTH machines using a legitimate bloat free Windows disk. Thanks!
