Windows 10: Can i keep the taskbar and notifications on secondary screen?

Title. I'm still on Windows 10 and a while ago i tried it out and there were a bunch of basic functions missing for some reason.One of them was the inability to keep the taskbar on a second monitor I use two.Another was to keep notifications on the second monitor, though this is still missing in Windows 10 and i still have found no way to fix this so i keep them disabled.So the questions are: can i keep the taskbar on second screen only? Can i set the notifications and their manager on the second screen too?And before you ask: i will be keeping the main screen as it is and will not switch it

No option for Action Centre Notifications on a Secondary Screen?

I would like to change the Action Centre notifications so that they pop up on my secondary screen instead of cluttering the space on the primary screen. The most common suggestion I see in old forum threads is unlocking the taskbar and moving the Action
Centre icon to the secondary screen, but this does not affect what screen shows the notifications.

Changing the second monitor into the main monitor is too much of a hassle since full screen programs and games will show up on the wrong screen, and I'd rather have a system option to solve this than having to change the individual settings for every single
program I'm ever going to use, if that's even possible.

I've been looking into this query for quite some time, and I have found nothing helpful. If there really is no way to change this setting, then my question is simply: "Why?"

Surely, it must be possible to implement functions that override the primary monitor restrictions? What harm could it do?

 

Notifications on secondary monitor


Hello,

I use my primary monitor for full screen activity, my secondary monitor has the taskbar and other stuff on it.
I would like to move the notifications to the right bottom of my secondary monitor, now the appear on the primary monitor but I can't see then due to my use of full screen applications/games.

Is there a way to do this in windows 10 ?
