Can I make my apps use the normal system title bar?

Hi! I recently got into a huge Win7 nostalgia so I decided to skin my Windows 10 into Windows 7. It works pretty well actually and I'm really happy with the result. There's just a little problem...Here is what my skinned Windows 10 looks likeOf course it's not completely perfect. I used a mix of different tools:OpenShell for the Start Menu and the Taskbar's textureUltraXThemePatcher for the Windows 7 Theme yes I know the risks but I don't plan to go back to Windows 10 Classic ThemeDWMBlurGlass to add Aero Glass effectOldNewExplorer to get the old aspect on the File ExplorerThe problem is.. o

    Title Bar wont change

Understand that default Title Bar in Windows 10 is white, However when I click on themes (which shows various title
bar/window borders colors (or Shades) my Title Bar stays completely white. Can anyone understand my questions & have any suggestions?

Compound emoji in title bars not working.

    For example, this one -> U+1F1EF U+DDEF

That's supposed to be a Japanese flag, but in a application title bar and on the task bar, it displays as "JP" in small-caps. And on this forum as well, apparently (only it errors out when I try to post - please fix that!).

Any chance this can get added to the list of fixes for a future Windows update? Thanks!

Disclaimer: You're going to suggest the Feedback app, which isn't working. So please refrain from doing that.

Can I make my apps use the normal system title bar?

[Feature Request] Minimize UI height to size of title bar.

Frequently, a single stat is all that is required for monitoring (e.g. GPU temp).
This unfortunately still requires the whole UI to be open, taking up unnecessary screen space.

Now that individual stat can be displayed in the title bar it would be great if the UI height could be minimised to the size of title bar so it can be dragged to the top or bottom of screen without obscuring other running applications.

The ideal solution would be to [_]Minimize the app to the taskbar so a stat displayed in the title bar can simply and discretely be read off the taskbar at a glance.

Unfortunately, minimizing does not place the app in the task bar (it goes to the system tray).

Currently, when monitoring GPU temperature of my graphics card (when playing games) I have to drag the whole app to the bottom right of the screen so only a portion of the title is in view. Unfortunately, this also obscures several icons in the system tray.

    in Windows 10 Customization
Please use a consistent system for the title bar colors: In the old days, title bars of active windows were colored, those of inactive windows were grayed/dimmed. That all changed with Windows 8 and the metro apps, in 2012. I thought there would be some transition period, but now, 8 years later, the confusion is even bigger,...

  10. Title bars not showing in modern apps?

in Windows 10 Software and Apps
Title bars not showing in modern apps?: This just started happening a day or two ago, but prior I could fullsize a modern app and if I wanted to resize/close it I would just drag my mouse to the top of the screen and the title bar would slide down, but now it's not doing that. Anyone know how to fix that? 17378
