Windows 10: Can I make something like a custom quarantine folder?

I want to make something that contains folders/files from malicious programs that I've seen/had in the past. It would keep all of the files for the malware and stop them from being noticed or executed by things outside of the folder, and would stop the files inside of the folder from affecting anything outside of the folder. Is this possible in Windows 11 Home?

Batch file to empty quarantines

I have at least five folders in x32Win10ProV22H2 that are named Quarantine. I have tried unsuccessfully to empty them using a batch file with various codes suggested by Google. Are folders name Quarantine immune from auto-emptying ? If not, can I please get batch file code that would be effective. I've seen many suggestions to use Powershell - and would do so, if it is in batch file format.

 

How to delete a file in Windows Defender Quarantine folder ?

Open File Explorer, then on the View menu at the top, temporarily turn on 'Hidden Items'.

Go to this folder and delete the contents of the quarantine folder:

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Quarantine

Go to this folder and delete the contents of the Service folder.

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\History\Service

That's it, that will remove the quarantined items and their entry from the list in Defender.

Folder Customization

I would suggest you to refer to the steps given below and check if that helps.

• To do this, right click on the folder for which you want to change the icon background image and select Properties. Or simply select it and press Alt+Enter on
  your keyboard. This opens the Properties window of the folder.
• Here, go to the Customize tab, in which you will find the Folder pictures section. Click
  on the Choose File button, Browse and select the picture you want to use as background. Then, press OK twice.
• Once you selected the picture, click on OK again, and you are done.
  

Also, there could be some third party software’s available which might fix this issue
but Microsoft does not recommend that.

Using Third Party Software, including hardware drivers can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from booting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the use of Third Party Software
