    Unable to remove updae kb4093113

    Hello,

    I am unable o emove he following updae fom my machine. Had a micosof echnician emoe access my compue and she was unable o emove he updae. I believe ha his updae is wha is causing my keyboad o malfuncion.

    the following was done:

    Updae shows as insalled on insalled updae list.

    1. Emoval hough windows updae using he uninsall opion. Ge an error saying unable o emove updae.

    2. Tried dism.exe /online /remove-package /packagenamecan i manage the updaes one a week ? or once a month ? :package_for_RollupFix~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~7601.24130.1.5 . unable o emove. Ge error.

    3. tried wusa /uninstall /kb:4093113. failed. get error.

    4. tried in safe mode and ran 2 and 3 above and get error hat package is not found. tried in normal mode and ge same error. But updae still appears in updae list.

    original question:

    Keyboard keys not woking afer windows updae

    Phone technical support doesnt know how to fix this.

    Please advise.

    IE7 Is Coming This Month...Are you Ready?

    The final release of IE7 will be released this month. A few weeks after it will be put available for download it will be added to the list of automatic updates.
    Improvements over IE6 can be found in layout and security while keeping compatibility. Webmasters will still have to check their sites for compatibility as problems may occur. Steps to ensure compatibility can be found here.
    Of course you won't be forced to upgrade, if you don't want IE7 you can simply remove it from the automatic updates list and update it when you are ready.
