Windows 10: Can I not log in to my windows using a separate password from my microsoft account?

For the longest time I've been using windows with my microsoft account logged in when I go to settings it's logged in/not a local account and I log in using a separate password from my microsoft account, basically using a local password and still logged into my microsoft account, which has it's own password.I don't know what happened but now I have to log in using my microsoft account's password and not the local passwordI didn't switch from a local account because I already had my microsoft account logged in, and was still able to use my usual password before. The only way I can get back

• Have you checked the issue while entering with a different keyboard?
• Were you connected the computer to a internet connection while logging into the computer with Microsoft account?
