    Can i not transfer data from old laptop to new pc


    a friend of mine told me when he put his microsoft account from his old pc to a new laptop all of his desktop and the programs he downloaded transformed to the new pc an I'm about to be a new pc and i dont want that to happen i want my microsoft account but with a fresh desktop start with no programs only the default So can i and how Ihope you understand Sorry for my bad English

    I recently purchased a new laptop with windows 10. My old laptop has windows 7. Can anyone list the step-by-step instructions for transferring the data to the new machine? I understand that windows easy transfer is no longer an option for windows 10.

    Transfer of data to new pc

    There is always PC Mover, which can transfer data and applications to a new PC. PCmover Professional – Laplink(R) Lots of options.

    When I used it, it transferred all applications except Office 2013 and Norton Security. Saved me literally days. And I was transferring from an old Win 10 Pro desktop to a new Win 10 Home laptop.
